4. Shipping: Customers will have to create an exchange request through the support form or chat. Our pick up partner will pick up the product from customer’s location.

5. Condition of the product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

6. Non-returnable items: Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and personalized or customized products.

7. Timeframe for refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
